When all are lit and not flashing - it is charged - and it does take a very, very long time from an outlet like mine. There are for four tiny blue LEDs embedded in the button on the front face if the power bank that will flash individually as it's charging. Mine plugs straight into a wall socket which has USB outlets.
It also comes with a very nice drawstring cover, which is grippy and thicker and more protective than it looks.You charge it by simply plugging it into an output source which connects to the USB-C on the powerbank. I am hoping mine will prove as reliable as his was, it will almost certainly be more so reliable than the last two expensive failures that I bought.But as I said this is a nice piece of kit and it is very simple to use and it comes with the two kinds of cable that it can be used with.
